ABOUT YWD
Education. Solutions. Autonomy.
What We Do
Your Wellbeing Day is a unique training service that supports organisations by educating employees on relevant health topics, creating greater personal awareness, reducing absenteeism and increasing resilience.
Each workshop is designed to provide solutions, so attendees leave with new knowledge and scientifically backed practical tools they can use every day to improve their health and wellbeing.
How we work
We believe in fostering health autonomy so every employee will be invited to attend all 6 of our workshops which will take place over one working day and we encourage the colleagues to choose and attend the workshops that are most relevant to their needs.
Each workshop is conducted live online by a professional practitioner and can be attended from either home or the office. Please note that the Yoga session will require some space and a mat.

Our Story
Your Wellbeing Day was founded in 2023 to offer companies as part of their wellbeing strategies a comprehensive selection of employee wellbeing workshops. Our mission is to provide not only education but real practical tools and solutions to better manage health and improve symptoms.
Our four practitioners together have over 20+ years of experience in health, wellbeing, and training which enables us to provide as much value to your employees as we do our clients.
We have collectively combined the best bits of our 1-1 services and created a package that we know your employees would pay for outside of work. This means as an employer, you get a big tick for providing something your employees want, need, and value!
Laura Allen the founder of Your Wellbeing Day says "During my time in HR, I often received feedback from employees expressing disappointment in the lack of relevance and the primary focus on signposting during training days. While initially frustrating, I understood their perspective. Our workforce is diverse and facing unique challenges. A one-size-fits-all approach is bound to be ineffective and even aggravating. A more effective strategy involves offering employees the choice to attend training tailored to their individual needs. By promoting autonomy and delivering practical solutions and tools, we create a more engaging and productive training environment"
As a team, we are passionate about stepping back into the workplace to help deliver the support we wish we had been offered.
